However, since the beginning of 2019, violence has also spread\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0agricultural centers Lara and\u00a0Yaracuy.\u00a0Their resilience level\u00a0has\u00a0deteriorated significantly in comparison to the end of 2018.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-8023-6\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-8023-6-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-8023-6-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"7\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Using the example of the North African state of Algeria, the added value of the CONIAS approach becomes particularly clear - especially in highly complex political situations.&nbsp;Some 200 German companies employ and train&nbsp;more than 2,000&nbsp;locals in the country,&nbsp;which is also among the world\u2019s top 20 oil exporters.&nbsp;The SURE record&nbsp;captures&nbsp;1,800 political conflicts at the&nbsp;same time, including the protests of recent months, which caused the \"eternal\" President&nbsp;Bouteflika&nbsp;to resign last week and a gained attention worldwide.&nbsp;However, the systematic analysis of these protests also&nbsp;shows that only in the provinces of&nbsp;Sidi&nbsp;Bel Abbe,&nbsp;Boumerdes&nbsp;and the capital Algiers turned sporadically violent - a clear sign that the government has a great interest in the stability of the country and good relations with the West.&nbsp;At the&nbsp;same&nbsp;time, the resilience level of&nbsp; other&nbsp;provinces, such as Khenchela&nbsp;or&nbsp;Jijel, improved significantly.
